吉西他滨联合顺铂与多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床对照研究

目的探讨不同治疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果及毒副反应情况。方法将68例NSCLC患者随机分为GP组和DP组各34例,GP组给予吉西他滨联合顺铂化疗方案,DP组给予多西紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案,观察两组疗效及毒副反应。结果 GP和DP组的有效率(RR)比较无显著差异(P>0.05);GP组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度血小板减少、贫血及恶心呕吐发生率高于DP组;Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞减少发生率低于DP组;组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 GP和DP化疗方案均适用于晚期NSCLC的治疗,两种化疗方案在疗效及毒副反应方面比较均无明显优越性,化疗方案应根据患者个体耐受情况及药物的毒性进行选择。

The Clinical Control Study of Gemcitabine Combined with Cisplatin and Docetaxel Combined with Cisplatinto Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of different treatment options in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 68 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into groups of GP group and DP group,with 34 cases in each group,the GP group received gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy,DP group were given docetaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy,the efficacy and toxicity were observed.Results The efficiency（RR） of GP and DP groups showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）;Ⅲ-Ⅳ thrombocytopenia,anemia,nausea and vomiting of the GP group were higher than those in DP group;the incidence of Ⅲ-Ⅳ leukopenia was lower than that of the DP group,which had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Both GP and DP chemotherapy are suitable for the treatment of advanced NSCLC,both chemotherapy efficacy and toxicity of these two methods showed no clear superiority.So the chemotherapy regimen should be based on individual patient tolerance of the situation and drugs’ toxicity.
