| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的超声诊断与病情评估的准确性,为CHB的正确治疗提供依据。方法:对超声引导下80例慢性乙型肝炎患者肝活检的病理结果与超声诊断进行对比分析。结果:80例肝活检结果,超声引导下16G切割针取材成功100%,超声诊断轻度慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化、肝硬化与病理诊断无差异性(P>0.05),而中度慢性乙型肝炎B超诊断结果与病理诊断有差异性(χ2=5.481,P<0.05)。结论:超声在诊断轻度慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化、肝硬化中有很好的诊断价值,而对中度慢性乙型肝炎诊断符合率较低。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the accuracy of Ultrasonographic diagnosis and evaluation of the the chronic hepatitis B (CHB) ,and to provide a basis for proper treatment. Methods 80 cases of ultrasound-guided liver biopsy in pa-tients with CHB and Ultrasonographic diagnosis were analyzed.
