复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效

目的探讨复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将202例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组:治疗组和对照组,每组101例。2组患者均采用柳氮磺吡啶片1.0 g口服,4次.d-1。在此基础上,治疗组加用复方黄柏液100 mL保留灌肠,对照组采用生理盐水100 mL保留灌肠。观察2组患者临床疗效及不良反应的情况。结果治疗组总有效率为83.17%,明显高于对照组的61.39%(P<0.05),治疗组出现恶性呕吐6例,对照组出现恶性呕吐7例,无其他不良反应。随访1年,治疗组、对照组复发率分别为17.65%、22.78%。结论复方黄柏液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有良好的疗效,不良反应少。

Curative Effect of Retention Enema with Compound Cortex Phellodendri Solution on Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of retention enema with compound cortex phellodendri solution on ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 202 patients with ulcerative colitis were given oral sulfasalazine tablets （1.0 g） 4 times per day in combination with retention enema with either 100 mL normal saline （control group,n=101） or 100 mL compound cortex phellodendri solution （treatment group,n=101）. Clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （83.17% vs 61.39%, P〈0.05）. Nausea and vomiting occurred in 6 patient in treatment group and 7 patients in control group. No other adverse reactions were observed in both groups. After follow-up for 1 year, the relapse rate was 17.65% in treatment group and 22.78% control group.
