| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的围术期护理。方法对126例高龄高危良性前列腺增生症(BPH)行TURP患者的围术期护理(心理护理、术前护理、基础、导管、出血、疾病及并发症护理)资料进行回顾性分析。结果126例患者经充分的术前准备及术后精心的护理,均顺利完成了TURP,排尿通畅,康复出院,无一例严重并发症发生。结论对高龄高危BPH行TURP的患者,在围术期实施个体化的护理是保证患者顺利康复的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）. Methods Data of 126 high-risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）who received perioperative nursing for TURP were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients underwent TURP successfully and were discharged with a good stream of urine through adequate preoperative preparation and careful postoperative nursing. No patients had serious complications. Conclusion Individualized nursing care in the perioperative period is important to ensure successful rehabilitation in patients undergoing TURP for BPH. |
