摘    要:目的探讨不同麻醉方式对大鼠脑温变化规律的影响。方法大鼠随机分为水合氟醛腹腔麻醉组和七氟烷吸入麻醉组。大鼠麻醉后,持续监测皮质、纹状体温度和肛温变化。结果腹腔麻醉组脑温波动明显;而吸入麻醉组温度相对稳定。结论七氟烷吸入麻醉对大鼠脑温影响较小。

Effect of anesthetic agents on the alterations of rat's brain temperature

Abstract:Objective To explore effect of different anesthetic methods on the alterations of rat's brain temperature. Methods The rats were divided randomly into two groups, one was anesthetized with chloral hydrate by abdominal injection, another was anesthetized by inbreathing halothane via tracheal intubation. The temperature of cerebral cortex, striatum and rectum was substantially monitored after anesthetization. Results Brain temperature obviously fluctuated in the group anesthetized with chloral hydrate by abdominal injection, but fluctuation in the group with inbreathing halothane was relatively small. Conclusions Anesthetization by inbreathing 2% halothane has little effect on the rat's brain temperature.
