| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性对我院13例经外科手术及病理证实的急性坏疽性胆囊炎早期超声图像特点及临床表现进行分析探讨。其超声图像有以下特点：胆囊明显肿大，宽径比长径增大更显著，胆囊张力极度增高，胆囊壁毛糙，增厚，可分为两种类型。胆囊与肝组织之间可见条索状液性暗带，胆囊内有稠厚的胆汁或脓液，多数病例伴有胆囊及胆总管结石，其中胆总管结石占大多数。结果表现B超对急性坏疽性胆囊炎的早期诊断有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | acute gangrenous cholecystitis cases diagnosed by B ultrasonography and confirmed byoperation and pathology were reviewed. That the gall bladder enlargement as a whole with wider diameterthan longitudinal, tensive swelling, thickening and roughening of the wall, pus or even stone within,presence of hypoechoic line between the gall bladder wall and liver. In addition to the clinical symptomsand signs, B-mode ultrasonography is of great valure for the the diagnostic of acute gangrenouscholecystitis. |
