经纤维支气管镜确诊的 31 例青年人肺癌的临床特征分析简

目的：分析总结经支气管镜确诊的青年肺癌患者的临床特征。方法回顾性分析2009年6月-2013年6月本院收治的31例青年肺癌患者的临床特点。结果28例青年肺癌患者出现咳嗽症状，占90．32％；6例出现骨转移，占19．35％，3例出现肝及骨转移，占9．68％，1例为多饮多尿，占3．23％，3例患者无明显临床症状，占9.68％。在31例青年肺癌患者中，腺癌10例，小细胞肺癌12例，腺鳞癌1例，鳞癌5例，大细胞肺癌1例，不明确类型1例；22例有吸烟史，占70．97％，提示吸烟为青年患者发生肺癌的危险因素。初次就诊时，青年肺癌总误诊率为51．61％。结论纤维支气管镜检查对于肺癌的早期诊断及早期治疗有着重要的临床意义。

The clinical characteristics of 31 young lung cancer patients diagnosed with fiberoptic bronchoscopy

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of young patients with lung cancer diagnosed by bronchoscope .Method A retrospective analysis was conducted of the clinical characteristics of 31 cases young patients with lung cancer admitted to the hospital from June ,2009 to June,2013.Findings 28 cases of lung cancer had cough symptoms, which accounted for 90.32%; 6 cases had bone metastasis , accounting for 19.35%;3 cases had liver and bone metastases, accounting for 9.68%;1 cases had polydipsia and polyuria , accounting for 3.23%; 3 cases had no obvious clinical symptoms , accounting for 9.68%.Among 31 cases of young patients with lung cancer , 10 cases had adenocarcinoma , 12 cases had small cell lung cancer , 1 cases had adenosquamous carcinoma , 5 cases had squamous cell carcinoma, 1 cases had large cell lung cancer , 1 cases was not clear; 22 cases had a history of smoking , smoking accounting for 70.97%, which were the factors indicating lung cancer in young patients .When the initial visits, clinical misdiagnosis rate of youth lung cancer was 51.61%.Conclusion There is important clinical significance of fiberopticbronchoscopy for early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer .
