氨甲喋呤加中药治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

目的探讨氨甲喋呤加中药治疗异位妊娠的效果.方法将100例未破裂异位妊娠患者随机分成氨甲喋呤加中药组和单用氨甲喋呤组各50例.氨甲喋呤加中药组静脉滴注氨甲喋呤(每次1 mg/kg,qod)和口服中药(1帖,qd)方案治疗.单用氨甲喋呤组静脉滴注氨甲喋呤(每次1 mg/kg,qod).定时监测两组患者血β-hCG,直至正常,并用B超动态观察病灶大小.结果氨甲喋呤加中药组48例成功,成功率96%.单用氨甲喋呤组42例成功,成功率84%.结论氨甲喋呤加中药治疗未破裂异位妊娠效果优于单用氨甲喋呤治疗.

The Effective of Methotrexate Combinated Chinese Herb Medicine in the Treatment of Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective: To observe the effectiveness of methotrexate combinate chinese herb medicine in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Materials and Methods: A total of 100 cases of unruptured ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups. The group one (n = 50) were treated with methotrexate (1 mg/kg, ivgtt, q. o. d. 4 doses) plus chinese herb medicine. The control group (n = 50) were treated with methotrexate alone. The titre of hCG and ultrasound scan were regularly monitored. Results: 48 cases (96 % ) were successfully treated in the group of methotrexate combinate herb medicine shows better than the group of methotrexate alone (42/50, 84 % ) (p < 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of methotrexate and chinese medicine protocol was more effective than methotrexate alone in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.
