摘    要:目的 探讨对聘用护士分层次管理的效果。方法 严把聘用关,经岗前各阶段培训,择优上岗试用,按职称分层次分配岗位,根据月、年完成工作指标及通过晋升职称实施效益工资上浮或下调。结果 护理工作质量及患者满意度提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 对聘用护士实施分层次管理,可以缓解护理人力资源不足,提高护理质量。
