| 摘 要： | 梗阻性黄疽是临床常见病症之一,其发生原因复杂多样,对病因的定位、定性诊断是临床治疗的关键.MRCP作为一种胰胆管成像新技术以其准确、无创、成功率高等诸多优点受到临床及影像医师的关注,本文即就MRCP的原理、应用现状及其与相关影像学方法的比较研究做一综述.

| Abstract: | The obstructive jaundice is one of the most common clinical symptoms that the causes was complicated. To diagnose the localization and qualltafion of the cause is critical for the clinical treatment. As a new technique, the clinician and radiologist pay close attention to MRCP for its precises noninvasive, high achievement ratio, and etc. The purpose of this aticle is to overvlew the principle, stares quo, and the comparison with other related image techniques of MRCP. |
