| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨耳内窥镜下治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的优越性。方法：对68例(72耳)胆脂瘤型中耳炎在耳内窥镜下施术，术后随访1～5年。结果：所有病例均治愈，无复发。结论：耳内窥镜具有创伤小、分辨率高和多视角的优点，能够彻底清除病灶，尽量保存正常结构，降低复发率，是治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the virtues of ear endoscope in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media. Method： Sixty eight patients (72 ears) with cholesteatoma otitis media were operated on under ear endoscope and were followed up for 1 5 years. Result： All cases were cured, and no recurrence happened. Conclusion： The ear endoscope has the virtues of small trauma, fine resolving power and multiangle of view; it can remove the focus thoroughly and reserve the normal structure as far as possible and debase the relapse rate, so it is a good tool to treat the cholesteatoma otitis media |
