农村妇女艾滋病相关知识态度及影响因素

目的:了解农村妇女艾滋病相关知识态度及其影响因素,为农村艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法:在河北省石家庄和保定2市4县农村随机抽取农村妇女1564人进行问卷调查,并用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:传播途径知晓率为55.2%,非传播途径知晓率为18.8%,一般知识知晓率为14.3%,对病毒感染者/病人的正确态度持有率13.6%,自我保护正确态度持有率39.1%。经多因素分析,农村妇女的文化程度、接受有关艾滋病的健康教育情况等对农村妇女的相关知识、态度产生影响。结论:农村妇女关于艾滋病知识的掌握情况不容乐观,提高农村妇女文化知识水平,开展行之有效地艾滋病知识的健康教育是在农村预防艾滋病的主要途径和措施。

Survey on knowledge, attitude and the influencing factors to AIDS among women in rural areas

Objective:To learn about the status of knowledge,attitude and influencing factors to AIDS among women in rural areas,to provide reference for prevention and control of AIDS.Methods:In Hebei province,a total of 1 564 momen in rural areas were selected as respondents by random sampling to answer a questionnaire.The datas were analyzed by SPSS software.Results:The average rate of knowing the routes of transmission was 55.2%,and the rate of knowing the routes of non-transmission was 18.8%.The average awareness rate about AIDS knowledge was 14.3%.The rate of having positive bilief and attitude towards HIV/AIDS was 13.6%,while that of having correct awareness of self-protection was 39.1%.The results of logistic analysis showed that the knowledge and attitude about AIDS among women in rural areas were effected by their educational level and the related health education they accepted.Conclusion:The level of knowledge about AIDS among women in rural areas is low.Health education about HIV/AIDS should be conducted among them.Meanwhile,to improve their educational level is necessary.
