参附注射液在防治肝脏手术时缺血再灌注损伤的应用

目的探讨参附注射液对减少肝脏外科手术后缺血再灌注损伤及提高肝脏手术的治疗效果。方法将实施肝脏外科手术病例68例随机均分为两组，均予以抗感染、保肝、补液、对症支持等，治疗组加用参附注射液静滴；两组进行对比分析。结果两组在治疗前ALT、血乳酸、白细胞介素（IL-6、IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）差异无显著性，治疗组术后第1、3、5日上述各项指标均有所改善。结论参附注射液对微循环和缺血再灌注损伤有较好改善作用，从而减少肝功能不良事件发生。

The Application Effects of Shenfu Injection in Reducing Ischemia-reperfusion after the Hepatic Surgery

Objective： To discuss the application effects of the Shenfu Injection in reducing ischemia - reperfusion after the hepatic surgery, and to improve the treatment efficacy of the such surgery. Method：68 implemented cases of the hepatic surgery were taken as examples and randomly divided into two groups. Control group with routine treatment（anti- infection, liver protection, rehydration, symptomatic support, etc. ）, treatment group with extra treatment of 80ml Shenfu Injection. Two groups were carefully taken under comparative analysis. Results： Patients of both groups had taken the treatment of ALT, blood lactate, Intedeukin - mediated （IL -6, IL - 8）, tumor necrosis factor （TNF - α） before the application of Shenfu Injection, and there was no significant difference. After the application of the Shenfu Injection for the treatment group, condition was improving after the measurement of the 1 st day, the 3rd day and the 5th day. Conclusion： Shenfu Injection has a good effect on microeireulation and ische mia - reperfusion injury.
