| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方丹参注射液联合甲泼尼龙治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将58例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组23例，观察组患者使用复方丹参注射液联合甲泼尼龙治疗．对照组仅使用甲泼尼龙，其余治疗措施基本相同；比较两组的临床疗效及血液淀粉酶恢复时间。结果观察组腹痛缓解时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。腹部压痛消失时间和血尿淀粉酶恢复时间均少于对照组。结论复方丹参注射液与甲泼尼龙联合能明显改善重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床症状和体征．是临床上治疗重症急性胰腺炎较为有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of compound salvia mihiorrhiza injection combined with methylpred nisolone on patients for severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods A total of 58 patients with SAP were randomly divided into control group of 23 and observation group of 35. The control group was given methylprednisolone, and observation group received intravenous drip of compound salvia mihiorrhiza injection. Time of symptoms disappearance, abdominal signs,and serum amylase level recovery time were compared after treatment. Results Time of disappearance for Abdominal tenderness and serum amylase recovery were significantly shorter than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination therapy can obviously improve the symptoms and signs of patients with SAP. It is a more effective method of the clinical therapy of severe acute pancreatitis. |
