桑拿按摩小姐健康教育效果评价

目的 :　探讨性病 (STD)健康教育的效果。方法 :　对按摩小姐进行性病健康教育 ,评价自身前后的效果并进行统计学处理 (t检验 )。结果 :　教育前后按摩小姐对STD的认识有非常显著的差异(t>2 .5 8,P <0 .0 1) ;对安全套的认识有非常显著性差异 (t >2 .5 8,P <0 .0 1) ;对艾滋病的认识十项有非常显著性差异 (t>2 .5 8,P <0 .0 1) ,一项有显著差异 (t>1.96 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;对安全性行为的认识干预前后有非常显著性差异 (t>2 .5 8,P <0 .0 1) ;干预前后按摩小姐自报性接触总数及性接触的频数没有显著差异 (t<1.96 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,但干预后性交时安全套的使用及频率 (每次均用、经常用、偶尔用 )显著增加 (t>1.96 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;干预前后没有检测到STD。结论 :　对接摩小姐进行STD健康教育能显著提高STD防治知识正确认识程度 ,也能显著增加安全套的使用及频率

Study on the effect of health education for massage girls

Objectives: To evaluate the effect of health education for massage girls. Methods:After baseline data were collected from massage girls, an interrvention was carried out. The results before and after health education were compared and analyzed with t test. Results:Compared with basiline,the levels of knowledge on STD and condom use increased significantly (t>2.58, P<0.01) after intervention, although the reported number of sexual clients and the frequency of sexual contacts were not changed sinnificantly (t<1.96,P>0.05), the condom use (always, sometimes and occationally) increased markedly (t>1.96,P<0.05) after interventon (t>2.58,P< 0.01 ). Conclusion : Health education could markedly increase the level of knowledge on STD/HIV and condom use for massage girls. [
