我院2009年住院病人医嘱不合理用药药历分析

目的了解白银市第一人民医院住院病人医嘱不合理用药的情况,提高临床合理用药水平。方法 2009年临床药师每月抽查审核出院病历,根据病人的临床诊断,结合实验室检查及特殊检查报告单等,判定用药的合理性,对不合理用药病历作出统计分析。结果 2009年共计抽查审核病历5785份,不合理用药127份,占住院病历的2.2%。结论本院用药基本合理,但还存在缺陷,需进一步规范。
