| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同溶解方法对肌苷片含量测定结果的影响。方法采用振摇10、30min、超声5min,用HPLC法测定这3种溶解方法下肌苷片的含量。结果测定结果发现溶解的方法不同,肌苷片的含量不同。结论建议在不影响肌苷结构与性质的情况下,选用简便、快速、准确的溶解方法,提高肌苷片的含量测定结果。 |
