血红蛋白加氧酶1与脂肪肝缺血/再灌注损伤

摘    要:
脂肪肝肝移植术后原发性肝无功能发生率较高,目前认为主要是因为移植术后脂肪肝缺血/再灌注损伤程度较重造成的。血红蛋白加氧酶1(HO-1)是血红蛋白代谢为胆绿素、一氧化碳和二价铁离子过程中的限速酶。研究发现,HO-1过表达能降低肝移植中脂肪肝供肝的缺血/再灌注损伤,提高移植物的存活率。本文综述HO-1降低脂肪肝缺血/再灌注损伤的可能机制。

Abstract:
Ischemia reperfusion injury is a major cause for primary liver dysfunctional with high rate after liver transplantation for fatty liver.Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is the rate-limiting enzyme produced in heme into biliverdin,carbon monoxide and free iron.The overexpression of HO-1 can decrease the ischemia reperfusion injury and increase the graft survival in fatty liver transplantation.This article reviewed the possible mechanism of HO-1 decreasing the ischemia reperfusion injury in fatty liver.
