| 摘 要： | 本文报道一组88例外科手术切除的乳癌病例,按照WHO和TNM标准将临床和病理类型分为四期和三类。复查全组病理切片,重点观察癌周RLP反应,结果表明:(1) RLp反应代表宿主的抗瘤细胞免疫反应,RLP反应越强,五年存活率越高,预后越好;(2) 全组RLP反应程度与五年存活率呈正相关;不同临床分期和有无淋巴结转移者的五年存活率均随RLP反应的增强而增高。 |

| Abstract: | A series of 88 cases with resected breast carcinoma is reported. According to WHO and TNM criteria, all cases were divided into 4-clinical stages and 3-histopathological types. All sections were observed with emphasis on the reaction of lymphocytes and plasma cells surrounding breast carcinoma. The results are as follows: (1). The RIP may represent the reaction of cell-mediated immunity of the host. The greater the intensity of RIP is the higher the 5-year survival rate is, and the better the prognosis. (2). The intensity of RIP seems to be well correlated with the patient survival rate in the study. (3). It is remarkable that the survival rates in the different clinical stages and those of the patients with or without lymph node metastasis raise with the intensity of RIP. |
