摘    要:
目的:研究有氧运动对衰老大鼠血清NO、NOS的影响,探讨适宜运动抗衰老的作用机制。方法:实验以D-galactose(D-半乳糖)衰老模型SD雄性大鼠为研究对象进行有氧训练。结果:9周有氧运动对衰老大鼠血清NO、NOS有着很大的影响;有氧运动可以改善心血管系统的功能,在预防或延缓心血管疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。结论:长期适宜运动可以改善心血管功能,可以延缓血管衰老。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on serum NO and NOS in aging rats,and to explore the mechanism of suitable movement against aging.Methods: Aerobic training was done in D-galactose aging model SD male rats.Results: After 9 weeks,aerobic exercise had a large effect on serum NO and NOS.Aerobic exercise could improve the function of cardiovascular system,and played a pivotal role in preventing the development of cardiovascular diseases.Conclusion: Long-term appropriate exercise can imp...
