| 摘 要： | 目的：观察慢性心房颤动患者经植入VVI起搏器合并药物控制心室率后LVEF值和起搏参数的变化及其临床意义。方法：选择20例慢性非瓣膜病心房颤动老年患者，患者拒绝射频治疗，未使用抗心律失常药物的情况下，白天出现超过3s的长间隙，而患者又有快速的心房颤动发生，需用药物治疗，通过植入VVI起搏器后，再使用药物控制心室率，观察术...
