| 摘 要： | 目的研究雷帕霉素联合多柔比星对人乳腺癌细胞体内外作用的影响,并探讨其作用机制,为临床合理用药治疗乳腺癌提供依据。方法体外培养人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞,MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制百分率;Transwell分析检测药物对细胞迁移侵袭的影响;体内实验建立人乳腺癌裸鼠抑制瘤模型,分组处理,绘制肿瘤生长曲线,记录瘤重和裸鼠体重,计算抑瘤率。结果雷帕霉素和多柔比星联合应用对人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞有明显杀伤作用,抑制百分率为65.54±2.47;能显著降低乳腺癌细胞的侵袭能力。体内实验抑瘤率为85.3%。结论雷帕霉素和多柔比星联合应用对人乳腺癌MM231细胞有明显的抗肿瘤效应,对于乳腺癌具有潜在的临床应用价值。 |
