| 摘 要： | 目的探讨浮肩损伤(FSI)的手术治疗效果。方法 FSI病人9例,肩胛颈骨折合并同侧锁骨骨折6例,合并肩锁关节脱位3例;右侧5例,左侧4例。均行切开复位内固定治疗,锁骨和肩胛骨骨折采用重建钢板固定,肩锁关节脱位采用锁骨钩钢板固定。结果 9例病人均得到6个月～5年(平均26个月)的随访,锁骨和肩胛骨骨折均于术后3～5个月愈合,6例病人肩关节活动基本正常,3例病人肩活动范围轻度受限,2例病人肩关节活动时有轻度疼痛。肩关节功能CONSTANT评分平均为88.6分。结论切开复位内固定早期功能锻炼治疗FSI效果良好。 |
