| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨膝关节镜下清理及术后关节腔内置管持续灌注冲洗配合中药治疗急性化脓性膝关节炎的作用。方法：对42例42膝急性化脓性关节炎行膝关节镜下清理及术后关节腔内置管持续灌注冲洗治疗，配合中药内服，同时结合全身使用抗生素，以及术后系统的康复训练。结果：术后12～24 h患者体温明显下降，2～4 d恢复正常。切口均Ⅰ期愈合，... |
