| 摘 要： | 目的：完善从牛、羊胆汁中分离提纯牛磺胆酸的工艺。方法：采用盐析、萃取、脱水等生物化学方法和吸附柱层析法及薄层层析色谱法从胆汁中分离纯化牛磺胆酸。结果：从牛、羊胆汁中提取的牛磺胆酸的纯度及提取率差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：从羊胆汁提取牛磺胆酸,工艺更为简单,收益更高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To perfect the technological process of the isolation and purification of taurocholic acid from cattle bile and sheep bile.Methods: Such biochemical methods as salting-out,extraction,dehydration and column chromatography were adopted.Results: There is no statistical difference in the purity and extraction rate between Taurocholic Acid from the cattle bile and that from the sheep bile.Conclusion: The technological process of Taurocholic acid extraction from sheep is more simple,with larger yield. |
