| 摘 要： | 目的：探索提高血涂片细胞形态和颜色以及持久性的制作方法。方法：实验从染色冲洗的环节进行改良,采用蒸馏水(纯净水)取代自来水。结果：血涂片用Wright-Giemsa染色、蒸馏水(纯净水)冲洗的方法在光镜下观察细胞结构较清晰,层次分明,不易褪色,保存和使用时间较长。结论：该方法提高了血涂片染色的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the blood smear staining method,which allows good cell shape and color.Methods:The staining method and washing step were reformed and tap-water was replaced by double distilled water.Results:Cell structure and distinct gradations were clearly observed under microscopy with Wright-Giemsa mixed staining and double distilled water washing.Conclusion:This method is not easy to fade and suitable for long-term use and preservation,improving the quality of blood smeas staining. |
