| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性淋菌性盆腔炎的临床特点及诊治方法。方法：对25例确诊为急性淋菌性盆腔炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果：25例中20例获临床诊断,5例误诊为急腹症。20例确诊病例中18例保守治疗,2例因盆腔脓肿以及5例误诊为急腹症者行手术治疗,均治愈。结论：急性淋菌性盆腔炎易误诊,需联合应用抗生素治疗。保守治疗欠佳时,应手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of acute gonorrheal pelvic inflammation.Methods:The clinical data of 25 acute gonorrheal pelvic inflammation patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results:Among 25 cases, 20 cases got clinical diagnosis, 5 cases were misdiagnosed as acute abdomen. Among 20 diagnosed patients, 18 cases performed conservative treatment, the other 2 cases and the 5 misdiagnosed cases performed surgery. 25 cases were all successfully cured.Concl... |
