| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨p53和survivin在交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其意义以及二者的相互关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学EliVision法检测上皮性卵巢癌30例、卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤30例和上皮性良性卵巢肿瘤30例组织中p53和survivin。结果：在良性、交界性、恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中,survivin的阳性率分别为13.33%、43.33%和86.67%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;p53的阳性率分别为23.33%、36.67%和73.33%,恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中阳性率与良性和交界性比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05～P〈0.01）,而良性和交界性卵巢肿瘤组织中阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;p53和survivin在交界性卵巢肿瘤组织中表达有相关性。结论：survivin与p53表达水平增高可能与交界性卵巢肿瘤的发生、发展有关,可为卵巢交界性肿瘤的诊断及预后判断提供依据,且二者在上皮性交界性卵巢肿瘤的癌变中可能存在协同作用。
