| 摘 要： | 目的观察性别因素对嗓音客观参数测量结果的影响。方法选取正常成年男性和女性各30名，分别进行嗓音客观参数的测量，采用SPSS13．0统计分析软件对测量结果进行t检验。结果声学分析的基频、最大基频、最小基频、基频差值及基频标准差，电声门图测量的EGG-基频、EGG-最大基频、EGG-最小基频、EGG-基频差值及EGG-振幅震颤在男女性之间有统计学差异（P〈0．01或P〈O．05），最长声时女性低于男性，共振峰频率女性高于男性，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．01或P〈0．05）。结论性别因素对嗓音的客观测量参数值有一定的影响，进行嗓音客观测量评估时应按照性别分别进行。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of the sex on the voice objective parameters. Methods Sixty subjects were choosed with normal voice （30 men and 30 women ）to collect the objective parameters, then adopted SPSS13.0 statistical software to analyze. Results The parameters of frequency had showed that women＇ s were higher than men＇ s ： there were F0. MaxF0, MinF0, dF0, FOSD. EGG-F0, EGG-MaxF0, EGG-MinF0. EGG-dF0 and EGG-AmpTremor. And the normal women＇ s MPT was shorter than the normal men＇ s while the resonant frequency was higher than them. The differences were significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are significantly differences between men and women in objective parameters of voice, so it＇s necessary to analyze datum separately. |
