| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丁硼乳膏治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎的临床效果。方法收集2010年1月～2011年1月来我院就诊的在固定矫治中出现牙龈炎的患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组使用丁硼乳膏刷牙，对照组采用普通牙膏刷牙，比较两组患者的牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）和龈沟出血指数（SBI）。结果治疗后2周、4周观察组患者的GI、PLI、SBI值明显下降（P〈0．05），且与对照组治疗后比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丁硼乳膏治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎效果较好，能够显著地抑制口腔中的细菌，维护固定矫治中的牙周健康。
