| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高毛细支气管炎疗效的有效方法。方法选择符合毛细支气管炎诊断标准的住院患儿90例，随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例。两组人院后均给予常规吸氧、抗感染及雾化吸入、吸痰、止咳化痰等对症支持治疗。治疗组加用多索茶碱联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠（甲强龙）静脉滴注，对照组只加用氨茶碱静脉滴注，疗程均3～5d，观察两组患儿的疗效。结果治疗组的显效率及总有效率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）；治疗组的主要症状、体征完全缓解时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）；治疗组总不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在常规治疗基础上加用多索茶碱联合甲强龙治疗毛细支气管炎，疗效显著、安全，是提高毛细支气管炎疗效的有效方法。
