坎地沙坦联合络活喜治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果观察

目的观察坎地沙坦联合络活喜治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果，探讨治疗老年性高血压的最佳治疗方案方法选择确诊为老年原发性高血压患者180例，根据自愿原则，分为A、B、C三组，A组56例采用络活喜治疗，B组58例采用坎地沙坦治疗，C组66例采用坎地沙坦联合络活喜治疗，治疗6周后比较三组患者的临床疗效；治疗前后SBP、DBP、心率及其差值；用药后的不良反应情况。结果联合用药效果好于单一用药效果，在临床疗效、治疗前后SBP和DBP差值方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在治疗前后心率差值、用药后不良反应方面比较，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论坎地沙坦联合络活喜治疗老年原发性高血压是安全有效的，应作为临床药物治疗的首选方案。

The Clinical Effects of Candesartan Combined with Norvasc in Treatment of Senile Essential Hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Candesartan combined with Norvasc in treatment of Senile essential hypertension and discuss the best treatment method in senile essential hypertension. Methods Collect 180 elder patients with essential hypertension, 56 patients were divided into A group with Norvasc treatment;58 patients were divided into B group with Candesartan treatment; 66 patients were divided into C group with two drugs treatment, then compare clinical effect after 6 weeks; SBP, DBP and heart rate changes;adverse reactions after treatment. Resmlts Combination group was better than single agent group in clinical effect ,SBP and DBP changes,with there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant statistical significance was found （ P 〉 0,05 ） in heart rate changes and adverse reactions after treatment. Conclusion Candesartan combined with Norvasc was safe and effective in treatment of senile essential hypertension,it should be the preferred options in treatment of senile essential hypertension.
