| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动态脑电图在病毒性脑炎病程中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析72例病毒性脑炎患者的脑电图资料。结果脑电图异常发生率高于脑脊液异常和CT／MRI检查（87．50％，55．55％，47．22％）（P〈0．05）；重型病毒性脑炎脑电图异常率高于中型、轻型（P〈0．05）；随着时间延长脑波异常减弱。结论脑电图可作为病毒性脑炎早期诊断参考，也可作为判定病毒性脑炎病情程度的依据，脑电图的动态观察更能较好地反映病情、病程经过、治疗效果和转归。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of dynamic EEG in the course of viral encephalitis.Methods The electroencephalogram materials were reviewed in 72 patients with viral encephalitis.Results The abnormal incidence of EEG was higher than cerebrospinal fluid abnormalities and CT/MRI(87.50%,55.55%,47.22%)(P<0.05).The abnormal incidence of EEG of heavy viral encephalitis was higher than that of the medium and light(P<0.05);Abnormal brain-wave activity decreased with time extending.Conclusion EEG can be u... |
