腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿270例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法应用电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿270例,其中伴不孕者156例,痛经严重者140例,病人行内异囊肿剥离术,16例行患侧附件切除术。结果全部过程在腹腔镜下完成,无中转开腹者,无并发症发生,其中对156例合并不孕症患者随访,已妊娠者94例,妊娠率60%。80例痛经严重者76例明显好转,4例减轻。结论腹腔镜下内异囊肿手术联合药物治疗具有较传统治疗方法更佳的疗效。

A clinical analysis of laparoscopic operation combined with drugs in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic operation combined with drugs in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts.Methods: Laparoscopic operation was made in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst in 270 cases,including 156 cases with infertility and severe dysmenorrhea in 140 cases.The patients were treated with endometriosis cyst decollement and 16 cases had ipsilateral annexectomy.Results: The whole process was performed by laparoscopy.There was no conversion to open surgery,and no complications occurred.156 cases complicated with infertility patients were followed up,in which there were 94 cases of pregnancy at the pregnancy rate of 60%.In 80 patients with severe dysmenorrheal,76 cases were improved,4 cases were relieved.Conclusion: The laparoscopic operation combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis cyst with more traditional treatments is very effective.
