自体微粒皮移植治疗大面积深度烧伤临床效果观察

目的探讨自体微粒皮肤移植异体皮覆盖治疗大面积深度烧伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月～2010年1月采用自体微粒皮移植异体皮覆盖治疗大面积深度烧伤患者102例的临床资料。结果 132例次微粒皮移植异体皮覆盖术一次修复手术创面者48例次,残存小创面换药愈合者37例次,形成肉芽创面需要手术补植皮者33例次,90例存活,12例死亡。结论手术时机的选择、异体皮成活与否、微粒皮的密度、手术部位、创面感染和围手术期处理是保证手术成功的关键。

Clinical effect of micro-skin auto-graft to cure extensively deep burn

Objective To explore the effect of micro-skin auto-graft after extensive Escher excision in one operation to cure extensively deep burn.Methods Analyze the clinical material of 102 examples,micro-skin auto-graft to cure extensively deep burn from 2005 to 2010.Results Repairing operation surface of wound for one time during 132 examples,micro-skin auto-graft achieves 48 examples.Changing medicine and healing for surviving of small surface wound achieves 37 examples.Needing operation to mend skin grafting for forming granulation wounds achieves 33 examples.90 examples live,12 examples die.The main reason for death is wound sepsis and M0F.Conclusion The choice of operation time,alloskin live or die,density of micro-skin,operation position infectiousness of surface of wound,and operation time is the key to guarantee the success of operation.
