肺呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的疗效观察

目的：探讨肺呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的治疗效果。方法：将96例COPD稳定期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组加用肺呼吸康复训练。在治疗前及治疗后6个月分别测定两组患者血气、肺功能并进行比较。结果：与治疗前比较,治疗6个月后观察组血气分析及肺功能显著提高,且与对照组相应指标比较,差异有统计学意义（均为P〈0.05）。结论：肺呼吸康复训练对于改善COPD患者的肺功能有明显疗效。
