| 摘 要： | 瓣周漏是瓣膜置换术后特有的严重并发症。溶血性贫血、瓣膜关闭不全及心功能不全是典型临床表现。既往瓣周漏治疗以外科手术为主,再次手术风险大,死亡率高。随着介入治疗技术的发展和器械的研发,介入治疗成为可能,并越来越多的应用于临床。现就瓣周漏介入治疗的现状与展望做一综述。

| Abstract: | Periprosthetic leak(PPL) is a characteristic and severe complication of prosthetic valve replacement.Hemolytic anemia,valvular insufficiency and heart failure are the typical clinical manifestations of PPL.Operating was the primary management tool in the past.With the development of interventional techniques and instruments,interventional therapy has become possible and more patients with PPL have been cured by percutaneous transcatheter closure techniques.In this article the current situation and prospect ... |
