A型肉毒毒素联合帕罗西汀治疗局限性肌张力障碍的临床研究

目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合帕罗西汀对局限性肌张力障碍患者的治疗效果。方法对191例局限性肌张力障碍患者采用回顾及前瞻相结合的方法 ,部分联合使用帕罗西汀在局部注射A型肉毒毒素后起效的潜伏期、注射剂量、疗效持续时间、有效率、副作用进行评价。结果两组患者在潜伏期、注射剂量、有效率、副作用上差异无统计学意义,而使用帕罗西汀后在持续时间上明显长于单纯注射组(P0.01)。结论 A型肉毒毒素联合帕罗西汀在治疗局限性肌张力障碍可以明显延长持续时间,减少注射A型肉毒毒素次数,改善患者的生活质量。

Treatment of Botulinum Toxin Type A Plus Paroxetine on Local Myodystonia
