| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以病例为引导(CBS)联合以问题为基础的学习(PBL)模式指导下的实习护生主查房在临床带教中的应用效果。方法将轮转实习的护生80名随机分成观察组和对照组各40名。观察组采用以护生为主查人的教学查房,查房中应用CBS联合PBL模式;对照组常规由护生参与科室组织的教学查房。均每周1次。结果观察组护生出科考试成绩、患者对护生的评价、带教老师对护生的评价和护生实习结束后自我评价显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护生主查房充分调动护生主动思考和学习,将CBS和PBL联合应用有助于临床实践和理论知识相结合,提高护生的学习针对性,提高学习效率,并深化记忆,充分调动护生的学习兴趣,还能培养和提高与患者之间的亲和力,增强护生的自我价值感。 |
