从医学文献检索分析是循证医学实践过程的重要步骤，医学信息检索是获得循证医学证据的重要途径两个方面，论述了医学文献检索与循证医学的关系，同时提出了医学文献检索服务及教学应积极参与循证医学实践，从服务的内容、层次，教学的对象、内容等方面进行扩展，以适应现代临床医学发展的新趋势。

Medical Literature Retrieval and Evidence- based Medicine

This paper deals with the relation of Medical Literature Retrieval (MLR) and Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) from the following two respects: MLR analysis is an important step towards the practice of EBM; Medical information retrieval is an important channel leading to the evidences of EBM. The paper also presents the knowledge that MLR service and its teaching should take an active part in the practice of EBM; the contents and levels in the service as well as the objects and contents in the teaching should be expanded so as to adjust themselves to the development of modern clinical medicine.
