熄风通脑汤结合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察熄风通脑汤结合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将符合入组标准的60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为中西药结合组和单纯西药组。两组患者均给予尿激酶静脉滴注,中西药结合组同时加用熄风通脑汤口服。在溶栓前后不同时间评价两组患者的神经缺损积分、功能独立性评估量表(FIM量表)评分、CT及实验室检查结果。结果从溶栓后第7天开始,两组患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溶栓后第90天,两组患者FIM评分分别为(88.5±9.4)分和(81.3±9.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中西药结合组和单纯西药组脑出血发生率分别为3.3%和10.0%。结论熄风通脑汤结合尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,且副作用小。

The Efficacy of Xifengtongnao Tang Combine with Urokinas Treating Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of thrombolysis with Xifengtongnao Tang combine with urokinas on treating acute ischemic stroke.Methods 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke according to their hospital admission order,were randomly divided into integrated tradition Chinese and western medicine group(treatment group)and simple western medicine group(control group).In the course of treatment,all patients were given treatment of urokinas injection.In this foundation,patients in treatment group were given Xifengtongnao Tang.Before and at various times after treating,their neurological dificit scales(NIHSS),ADL scales(FIM),CT scan and some laboratory parameters were evaluated.Results Compared to control group,treatment group was more effective in NIHSS and FIM(P<0.05).Furthermore,symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 3.3% of treatment group and 10.0% of control group.Conclusion Compared with control group,the efficacy of thrombolysis with Xifengtongnao Tang combine with urokinas is better and the side-effect is less.
