| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经输尿管镜等微创技术治疗输尿管结石的难点、疗效及安全性。方法：采取经尿道(URSL)或经皮肾(PCNL)输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石186例。结果：经尿道原位碎石成功率81．6％(142／174)，失败率6．8％(12／174)；URSL ESWI。治疗成功率11．8％(20/174)，总成功率93．1％(162／174)；经皮肾12例全部成功。结论：微创技术治疗输尿管上段结石是安全有效的方法，但应根据结石及周围组织病变的情况选择治疗术式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscope in treating upper ureteral calculi.Methods:186 patients of upper ureteral calculi were treated with the ureteroscopic lithotripsy and percutaneons nepyotithotomy.Results:The success rate of ureteroscopic lithotripsy was 81 6%(142/174),failure rate was 6 8%(12/174),URSL+ESWL was 11 8%(20/174),total success rate was 93 1%(162/174).In the 12 case,stone were successfully removed by percutaneons nepyotithotomy.Conclusions:Minimally invasive technology is a safe and effective approach for upper ureteral calculi. |
