微创技术在输尿管上段结石中的应用(附186例报告)

摘    要:
目的:探讨经输尿管镜等微创技术治疗输尿管结石的难点、疗效及安全性。方法:采取经尿道(URSL)或经皮肾(PCNL)输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石186例。结果:经尿道原位碎石成功率81.6%(142/174),失败率6.8%(12/174);URSL ESWI。治疗成功率11.8%(20/174),总成功率93.1%(162/174);经皮肾12例全部成功。结论:微创技术治疗输尿管上段结石是安全有效的方法,但应根据结石及周围组织病变的情况选择治疗术式。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ureteroscope in treating upper ureteral calculi.Methods:186 patients of upper ureteral calculi were treated with the ureteroscopic lithotripsy and percutaneons nepyotithotomy.Results:The success rate of ureteroscopic lithotripsy was 81 6%(142/174),failure rate was 6 8%(12/174),URSL+ESWL was 11 8%(20/174),total success rate was 93 1%(162/174).In the 12 case,stone were successfully removed by percutaneons nepyotithotomy.Conclusions:Minimally invasive technology is a safe and effective approach for upper ureteral calculi.
