| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标、脑钠肽和心功能的影响。方法：将慢性心力衰竭114例随机分为对照组54例和治疗组60例，对照组用常规西药治疗，治疗组加用中药针剂及汤剂治疗。结果：治疗组临床疗效、血液流变学和心功能的改善，以及血浆脑钠肽水平的降低均优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗CHF可提高疗效、改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical thereapeutic effect on chronic heart failure(CHF) treated with combination of western medicine and TCM and the effect on the hemorheology index,BNP and the heart function.Method:114 cases of CHF were ranomly divided into two groups.54 cases were treated with routine western medicine as the control group while 60 cases were treated with the injection and decoction of TCM in addition as the study group.Result: the clinical therapeutic effect.the amelioration of the hemorheology index and the control group(P<0.01or P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of combination of western medicine and TCM will enhance the curative rate and ameliorate the prognosis of CHF. |
