| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨艾迪注射液对胃癌患者术后细胞免疫功能的影响.方法将40例行胃癌根治术的患者随机分为A、B两组,各20例,另选择40例健康体检者为对照组.B组患者仅给予常规抗炎支持治疗,A组患者术后在常规治疗基础上给予艾迪注射液静脉滴注.比较胃癌组和对照组术前细胞免疫功能[用外周血T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+)变化判断细胞免疫功能]及A、B组患者术前与术后14 d的细胞免疫功能.结果 (1)胃癌患者术前CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞所占百分比及CD4+/C8+值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).(2)B组患者术后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞所占百分比及CD4+/CD8+值与术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).(3)A、B两组患者术后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞所占百分比及CD4+/CD8+值间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论胃癌患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,手术不能逆转胃癌患者的免疫抑制状态,而术后应用艾迪注射液可逆转胃癌患者的免疫抑制状态.
