摘    要:目的观察静脉滴注中非代谢性小颗粒对血管的损伤。方法把试验小鼠随机分为4组,其中3组注入0.1ml不同微粒浓度的液体,然后饲养6个月后宰杀,观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)变化和病理性改良。结果实验动物的生化改变与正常小鼠有显著差别,病理观测发现有疾病性改变。结论试验小鼠的改变证明大量输液对机体有一定危害。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathological damage of particulate in intravenous transfusion to small vessel.Methods To divide the mice into 4 groups,3 groups mice were injected 0.1 ml liquid with different dense of particle,after thatmice being fed 6 months,mice were killed and taken serum to examine VEGF and TNF.Organs(kidneys,liver and lung)of mice were observed pathological change.Results There are lots of biochemical differences between the testing mice and normal group.There are also some pathological changes on the testing mice.Conclusion The change of testing mice tells us that a great quantity transfusion will bring some harm to our body.
