紫外线灯消毒引起电光性眼炎的原因分析与防护

目的：探讨紫外线灯消毒引起电光性眼炎的原因，并提出相应的防护措施。方法：对32例因紫外线消毒灯引起的电光性眼炎患者进行分析，研究致病原理，记录患者照射时间、部位、距离等，并且询问紫外线安装位置，电光性眼压的常识。结果：电光性眼炎的严重程度与照射时间、距离、皮肤裸露程度相关，与人们安全意识相关。结论：应重视紫外线消毒引起电光性眼炎的现象，尤其是消毒人员应进行相关知识的普及，改善紫外线灯消毒的管理措施。
