| 摘 要： | 从东阳市人民医院引入丰田生产方式(TPS)的背景入手,分析了TPS的核心理念,介绍了东阳市人民医院实施TPS的路径和取得的管理成果。TPS能够有效地提高医院运行效率,降低医院运行成本,改善医疗服务的质量。TPS的管理理念和改进模式,对于提高我国县级公立医院整体的管理能力和发展能力,能够发挥很好的作用。 |

| Abstract: | From the introduction of TPS into Dongyang People＇s Hospital, the authors analyze the core idea of TPS, and introduce the route to TPS implementation and the management achievements in Dongyang People＇s Hospital. They think that TPS can effectively improve the efficiency of hospital operation, reduce hospital operating cost and improve medical service quality. Therefore, TPS management idea and improvement mode can play a good role in improving the management ability and development ability in county-level public hospitals in China. |
