| 摘 要： | 目的探讨当前形势下,公立医院利益相关者对于医院日常管理运营的意义,通过对利益相关者的实证调查,为医院更好地对其实施分类管理提供依据。方法通过文献检索和对数据的系统聚类分析,判断医院利益相关者的重要程度和影响程度。结果共界定出23个公立医院利益相关者,并按重要程度和影响程度对其进行有效分类。结论通过加强利益相关者的分类管理,促进公立医院更好地适应社会环境变化。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the significance of the stakeholders of public hospitals in daily management ofhospital, and provide the bases for hospitals to better practice classified managements with pragmatic investigation of thestakeholders. Method ： The authors make the judgment of the importance and influence of the hospital stakeholders by liter-ature retrieval and systematic aggregate analysis at the data. Result：They define that there are 23 stakeholders of publichospitals and make the effective classification according to their importance and influence. Conclusion：The strengtheningthe classified management of the stakeholders can make public hospitals better adapt to the changes of social environment. |
