苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗原发性高血压的临床研究

目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片对治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法将2010年12月至2011年6月收治的80例原发性高血压病人进行总结分析。在治疗过程中均给患者提供苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,每天早晨服用2.5～5.0mg,疗程为4周。结果患者在服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片后收缩压及舒张压都有明显的降低,其中1级高血压、2级高血压及3级高血压治疗有效率为93.3%、94.8%、42.8%。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片对原发性高血压有明显的治疗效果,病患在服用过程中没有明显的副作用。苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片是一种治疗原发性高血压有效、安全的药物。

Clinical Study of L-amlodipine Besylate Tablets in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the L--amlodipine hesylate tablets on the effect of the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods December 2010 to June 2011 80 patients with essential hypertension treated were analyzed.In the course of treatment for patients with L--amlodipine besylate tablets,taken 2.5 to 5.0 mga day in the morning for four weeks.Results Patients taking L--amlodipine besylate tablets and diastolic blood pressure are significantly lower,in which a high blood pressure,2 and 3 hypertension,high blood pressure treatment effective rate was 93.3%,94.8%,42.8%.Collusion L--amlodipine hesytate tablets in essential hypertension have significant therapeutic effect,patients in the process of taking no apparent side effectsoL--amlodipine besylate tablets is an effective treatment of hypertension,safe drug.
