C反应蛋白与腺苷脱氨酶在肝硬化患者血液检测中的应用研究

目的讨论C反应蛋白与腺苷脱氨酶在肝硬化患者病情诊断及病情预后判断中的应用价值。方法随机选择肝硬化患者98例,在体检科选择体检正常患者45例,患者分为肝硬化代偿组、肝硬化失代偿组和健康对照组,对全部对象进行C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）检测,诊断结果以ADA〉25U/L和hs-CRP〉3.0mg/L为临床阳性诊断界定值。结果 3组数据结果进行方差分析后,腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）项目F=89.114,P=0.085,有统计学意义,差异显著;C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）项目F=35.125,P=0.054,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论 ADA、hs-CRP可以作为评价肝硬化时肝功能正常与否的判断指标,在日常肝脏功能检测中,应该多加强反映肝脏合成功能方面酶（ADA、CRP）的检测,便于疾病的早期诊断。

Applied Research Hs-CRP and ADA Blood Tests in Patients with Cirrhosis of Live

Objective Discuss hs-CRP and ADA in patients with cirrhosis of the liver disease diagnosis and prognosis of the disease in the application.Methods Randomly selected 98 patients with cirrhosis,in patients with normal physical examination subjects selected 45 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were divided into groups,decompensated cirrhosis group and the healthy control group,all objects of C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and adenosine deaminase（ADA） detection,diagnosis results to ADA25U/L and hs-CRP3.0mg/L to define the clinical value of positive diagnosis.Results Three sets of data the results of analysis of variance,the adenosine deaminase（ADA） projects F= 89.114,P=0.085,statistically significant difference was significant;C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） project F=35.125,P=0.054 the difference was significant,statistically significant.Conclusion ADA、hs-CRP Can be used as evaluation cirrhosis with normal liver function to determine whether or not indicators of liver function tests in routine,it should reflect more emphasis on functional aspects of liver enzyme synthesis（ADA,CRP） test,to facilitate the early diagnosis of the disease.
